Department of Pharmacy Practice along with Pharm D students from National College of Pharmacy organized National Deworming Day awareness program in the surrounding community, focusing on educating residents about soil-transmitted helminth infections and preventative hygiene practices. The program, held on 10th February 2025 at Manassery, featured educational talks, hygiene demonstrations, and distribution of informational materials, reaching approximately ten individuals. Participants expressed increased awareness of deworming's importance. The initiative successfully contributed to public health education, highlighting the students' commitment to community well-being.
